Brown Alumina Series
Sakurundum A/R/40SH are produced using selected bauxite as the main raw material in an electric furnace. The material is melted, reacted and refined with impurities reduced. The chemical components are adjusted and the produced brown fused alumina is then used to crush, sieve, iron removal for form ingots to produce the products.
It is used in a wide variety of applications and is mainly used for vitrified grinding wheels and resinoid grinding wheels, as well as for coated abrasives, refractory materials, and blasting materials.
White Alumina Series
Sakurundum WA is a white fused alumina obtained by melting and refining alumina in an electric furnace that has been refined by means of the Bayer Process.
In addition to being widely used for general grinding wheels, coated abrasives and blasting materials.
Silicon Carbide Series
Cutrundum C/GC is a silicon carbide called SiC obtained by having a silicon oxide raw material react with a carbon material in an electric resistance furnace and refining it.
It is used in a wide variety of applications and is used for vitrified grinding wheels and resinoid grinding wheels, as well as for coated abrasives, refractory materials, and blasting materials.
