In October 2024, We have transformed into a new chemical manufacturer: "Carlit Co., Ltd." by integrating "Japan Carlit Co., Ltd." which possesses electrolytic chemical technology and handling technologies for chemical agents and explosives, with "Silicon Technology Corporation" engaged in the consistent manufacturing of silicon wafers.
The products and technologies of our group include a variety of items such as flares for traffic safety, fuel for launching space rockets, bleaching materials for paper, and various materials used in electronic devices. While it is impossible to list them all, they share a common point: they all support the safety and richness of everyday life. The purpose of this integration is to further strengthen the connection between the powers of "chemistry" and "technology" that we possess and to create new businesses under the spirit of our founding principles "Soichiro Asano": with indomitable fighting spirit "奮闘努力 (Strenuous Effort)."Even as the new "Carlit," we will continue to strive towards realizing our vision: "To contribute to a sustainable society by combining the power of 'chemistry' and 'technology' to support people's happy lives."
This year marks the start of our mid-term management plan, "Challenge 2027," which is derived from our management philosophy of "For Confidence and Infinite Challenge." While the previous plan focused on "Strengthen the Foundation," our theme for the period from 2025 to 2027 will be "Investment Promotion." We are committed to taking proactive steps in capital investment to maximize the powers of "chemistry" and "technology" that Carlit possesses, and we will not ease our efforts in research and development investments. The early creation of new businesses is essential for realizing Carlit's further growth. We will strengthen our research and development with the concept of supporting societal safety, richness, and happy living.
Once we successfully complete this mid-term management plan, "Challenge 2027," I am confident that we will be able to present a truly "Newborn Carlit," to everyone. We sincerely ask for your continued support and patronage.
